Oh my gosh I didn't know this. I sleep on my back its the only position I can get comfortable at night
Don't worry about it too much... If you start to feel out of breath or short-winded, then that's a sign to change positions
(Although from reading the studies, you'd have to do it A LOT for prolonged amounts of time to really have negative effects on the fetus.)
