MilkSnob.com has the cutest carseat covers and feeding covers. I bought one, i think you can use them as both actually, not sure tho :)

i started out with one. but it was a hassle to always remember to bring so i switched to use a receiving blanket. it was a lot better until my daughter decided she hated to be covered. so now we do the 2shirt method
