Pooping... How can i describe this??? It literally feels like I'm going in labor to pass a food baby.. my stomach hurts so bad ,and i have to breath through it until it's all over.. so not feeling pooping @ this stage of life... so hopes it gets better soon!!!

TMI every time I have a contraction I feel like I have to poop or pee. Sometimes both 😩 is this Normal ??
Does anyone know what else works for a bad diaper rash ?? Idk why my baby is pooping so much but she poops at least 3-4 times after each feed & its making her rash worst. I dab when i clean her instead of wiping to avoid from irritating it & ive even tried changing the kind of formula twice. The poop is not even alot its probably like 2 or 3 little wet drops on the diaper but i feel so bad because i know that it hurts her. & ive triedd all these products !!
