having a really bad time with my hands going painfully numb when I'm trying to fall asleep or even just randomly throughout the day sometimes especially when I'm driving. it's really starting to get to me. has anyone else experienced this?

Yep! Carpal tunnel Syndrome is the worst! Got it 7.5 years ago hen I was pregnant with my now 7 year old son and I haven't been able to get rid of it even had surgery in 2011 for it and it got worse. Just wear a brace that covers your thumb so it has limited movement. Go to a specialty pharmacy.

it started when I hit my 3rd trimester and has gotten worse since. it makes it so hard to fall asleep 😫 but I'm happy to find out it's common even though it sucks!
