I'm always hungry no matter how much I eat I'm always hungry again 10 minutes later and I've only gained 5 pounds this whole 26 weeks lol idk how though

I've only gained 13 but its all been within a month. I was seen on December 10th and weighed 120 went back January 13th and weighed 133. I still have 12 weeks left.
