Man it seems like every post I see from an expectant mothers always talking about how they are dilated whether they are FTM or not and are as far as I am. But with me my contractions are 15-20 minutes apart and my cervix is still closed😞. I want to dilate too. I feel so left out and I'm 38w +2d...and am a FTM. #FeelingSomeTypeOfWay
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
When did you ladies start getting checked to see if your dilating? I am 36 weeks 4 days and not once have any of my doctors checked to see if I am or not.. Only been checked to see if my son is head down, and he is.. Last week I went and the doctor said that she didn't wanna check to see if I was dilating cause she didn't wanna "mess with my cervix" 😕 or "get things started" those were her words... FTM
My midwife broke my water while checking to see how dilated I am 😩😩 6-7 CM I’m so ready 😭😭

My first post on this app hii my name is Yolanda im a ftm and I am 17 weeks due date August 30 and I am super super excited just wanted to say hii and meet new people I have 3 sisters but my baby will be the first so I do need someone to compare notes with lol I hate not knowing what is normal and what isn't well let me know who you guys are.

I know how you feel my doctor said that in thick and high but I'm 1 cm and have been for 2 weeks but I am walking and having sex I don't want her to come before she's ready but some progress would be nice:/

Oh and I'm 38 weeks and 4 days, I'll be watching for baby pictures! Im sure your little one will have you progressing fast when she's ready!!:)

Honestly that dilated crap means nothing. U can be dilated 1-2cm for months

I agree with u both @maceysmommy and @junebug2016 . I would love to be a least dilated 1 or 2 cm. But like y'all said, she will do it when she's ready. And I walk a lot, have sex, and I do squats cause all these things I was told I can do. Glad my cervix is soft tho but I want it to open lol. Doctor appointment is tomorrow....I'm hoping for some progress
