When is it safe to start bounce on a yoga ball to get labor going? Hubby is buying me one this weekend and I just want to know when to blow it up and get things ready to have baby.

Yeah i would say at 37 weeks start boy cong and doing TONS of walking 🚶! Squats help a lot too hehe

Not till after 37 weeks. After that you can start but do t start before :)
