Wat will help the best for severe severe back and hop pain ? Anyone know

I've tried :( I did a hot bath last night. I've tried massages too. Nothing seems to help at all :(

I have it too! My back hurts soooo bad. I am 7 weeks pregnant. Went to the Er and I had fallen about two weeks ago and I have a hemorrhage in my uterus causing there to be blood. The baby looked ok and my levels were rising like normal so they hope I don't lose the baby

But about the only thing that helps mine is taking a hot bath and getting water bottles with warm water and putting them on my back. It's awful pain!

@makaylabraxx, thank you I'll try that. It's about the only thing I haven't tried. Yes it is extremely painful.

@makaylabraxx, I hope you don't loose it either. I'm sorry I hadn't even noticed that first comment. I hadn't ever experienced anything like that :(. But if everything looks good and your levels are good it jus stays that way for you :).

I know I hope it stays like that! But my back pain is still TERRIBLE and has been for the last 2 weeks. And it almost feels like where I had my epidural with my first labor and they had put it in the wrong spot so I'm wondering if the pressure from being pregnant again is irritating it and causing that area to hurt.

@makaylabraxx, it may be that. Mine has hurt a lot now. I'm 26 weeks . They hit a nerve the first time. My back hurts super bad where they put it in too . Seems like it didn't tho until I got pregnant this time.
