Ugh WHY WHY WHY WHY man, so yesterday I went to the doctor cause I was so sick, they charged me 35 for the visit but according to my insurance I should've only paid 20 so I called the clinic and told them and man why the hell do people act so butthurt when you ask for a refund?? WHY is it a problem to give me my 15 dollars back, she said "its only 15 dollars" ugh AND, even if it were $5 WHAT IS THE DAMN PROBLEM! I fucking hate that!

60-90 days?! Wtf?! Did you pay with your debit card???? Call your bank!!!!!!! Tell them to cancel the payment because I guarantee you it hasn't even went through yet!
@chhaya thats what I think too, maybe I shouldve paid attention but still, they made me feel like a bum for asking for 15 dollars back but hey 15 dollars is 15 dollars!

@chhaya she just gave me a number to call their "billing office" and THEY said it takes 60-90 days for insurance to process and until they do, they cant issue my refund, isnt it dumb? 😕
when she said that you should've said "good then it shouldn't be a problem to refund my money, right? I'll pick it up in 10."

What irritated me even more was that the girl from the clinic left me on hold cause she was supposedly getting the billing office number, 5 mins later she comes back with a damn attitude and says SHE just called them and told them "what was going on" and that I would be calling 😡 whyyyy would you do that? whyyy be such a bitch?? why not just give me the number, I wasnt even mean or anything I just explained, I didnt think it would be such a big deal. Then I call the number and you have to press 1 and all that shit so she went through all that trouble really? Idk lol i wasnt pissed before but I sure am now
