Any one got any ideas on how to bring on labour? 1cm dilated but want my baby to hurry up lol X

Lots of walking, spicy foods, sex haha xx

pineapple or someone told me clary sage in a warm bath x

Exercise ball is meant to get baby down and help dialate further . Will tell ya if it has worked tomorrow 😄

@b.margyte, I've been on my ball all afternoon :) so hopefully it's done something. @t446 I will have to try the clary sage oil as I've not tried that yet. @laurenwardle97 I'll have to convince the hubby on the sex part lol X

been trying all this since 37 weeks nothing works haha (I'm over due now) but worth ago.. my midwife said the only ones that apparently help are walking and sex because of what the sperm contains. good luck xx

@cayleighnatasha, looks like my hubby is going to be busy then. My cervix isn't the strongest in the world so I thought me being up and about and weight of baby on it after my stitch came out would do the trick but at the end of day1 no stitch I'm still pregnant and not feeling anything :( I'm so ready for this little one to come and play :) X
