We all have a plan of what we want to do, I wanted to go all natural and no epidural but my contractions were off the scale and less than a minute apart instead of 3 and when I felt those contractions they were NO JOKE! But you have to have the mind set and 100% SAY YES to it the whole way through

I did and didn't rip or get cut, I felt nothing but before the epidural I could barley breathe! they are no joke that's why I said if you REALLY want to do natural you HAVE to have the mindset that your for sure doing it! same with breastfeeding you have to push through the pain I breastfeed but that and contractions were about the same labor was easy but those two were the worst pain in my life! @mermaidmom

I had cracks, scabs, blisters, and bleeding nipples and engorged breast, but the engorged part was because I didn't know any better. when you have your LO if he or she doesn't latch good get a consultant to help in the hospital if not ask for the nipple shield but if neither work but you really want them to have breast milk only THEN PUMP but DO NOT PUMP IF YOU DONT NEED TO TILL 4 WEEKS!

don't be scared. breastfeeding SHOULD NOT hurt. if it hurts, something is being done wrong. also, Americans are some of the only women in the world who can't handle natural birth. that's because we lay on our backs in the worst position, not the natural ways of getting rid of the pain. doulas can help too.
