Has anyone experienced any round ligament pain? What was your experience like? I think I may be having it. Whatever it is I can't walk or flip sides in bed without excruciating pain. But this is my third pregnancy and I've never experienced this before.
completely understand how you feel. have you been able to walk some each day? or some pelvic light workouts?
I hope things get better. you can always use some Tylenol to help ease pain if Dr says it's ok for you!!
@n_birchak, Im gonna have the hubs go pick one up for me tonight. Hopefully it helps. If not I'm not moving from my bed haha
It can help with taking the pressure off. I have one that I got off Amazon at a good price. I don't wear it at all. My #1 problem is I hurt at night. the day I take it easy.
My baby shower was the 16th and I had so many people do everything for me. I just sat and ate!
@n_birchak, I haven't tried a band. Does it seem to relieve any pain? My baby shower is on Saturday and if the pain is still this bad I have no idea how I'm even going to go to that. :/
I am 32 years old and had my last baby 5 years ago. I am 33 weeks friday and can't bare to move at night. the pain is so bad. it feels good to sleep sitting up. the Dr has talked to me from the beginning about physical therapy. they also said it would only get worse.. but he will be here soon. hope it gets better for you.
are you using a band for support? I have one but hate to wear it.
All they tell you is to take Tylenol. I didn't get anything. Tylenol is the only thing that's safe. You'll have to talk to your doctor. For back pain I got to see a physical therapist. Which was nice, they had a heated pool that was temp safe. Ask to see Physical therapy referral.
@butterflytattooqueen, were you able to do anything to help the pain? I can't even walk to the bathroom without my husbands help
@n_birchak, I can't walk at all without excruciating pain. I'm hoping that it won't stay this bad. Do pelvic workouts work? I'm gonna do more research
