I'm working on getting a strong six pack before finding out I'm pregnant. need/want that strong core to carry my baby. I'm very short and want to be able to lose the baby weight and have a fit pregnancy. I can't wait for my little herba-baby.

What kind of workouts are you doing?! I did so much PiYo before and right after my pregnancies and it really helped with the core strength.
