Omg I went through this. When I was pregnant I never wanted anything to do with my boyfriend. It was horrible I knew I loved him, just didn't want to be around him and when I was. I was very annoyed lol. It only got worse. But then the night I went into labor and the moment I seen him hold our daughter and look at her, my feelings instantly changed. I would say it's hormones. Don't stress it.
