at what age did you start stage 3 foods?

But she still likes 2 and 3 baby foods as well as the cookies and crackers and finger foods she likes variety and color in her diet 😊

My baby has been eating table food since about 5mths

see I want to start him on stage three but he is a preemie so I don't know if he is ready he will be a year next month and still drinks formula

by baby is almost 10months old and I mostly feed her regular food
