So I want a Winnie the Pooh Bear nursery theme for my daughter (that was my theme when I was baby) but my mom now thinks it's geared more towards boys! I thought it was gender neutral ☹️
She thinks Hello Kitty would be cute... I like Hello Kitty and all but... Too much for me. Now I'm second guessing 😩
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Winnie Pooh can be gender neutral. :) Its your baby, you choose the theme. We are doing fox snowflake woodland, with blue and orange. I hate how its just blue for boys. &pink; for girls. I got him a purple diaper bag and I'm excited! :)

Hello kitty isn't really baby themed and me personally I'd stay away from anything dominantly black and white because those are the most stimulating colors for infants, so I rather my baby sleep.lol

@butterflytattooqueen, @marskhaos @erin.c That's why I like Winnie since there's a variety of colors without it being so bright and in your face. I just can't do Hello Kitty! Haha. I like calm, pastel colors so I'm going to stick with Winnie. Besides I still have most of my Winnie the Pooh decorations and items from when I was a baby that I can give to her 😊👌🏼
I just thought it was a bummer if it was more for boys than girls but to me it seems neutral so

With my first I planned doing black and white butterfly's with some rainbow. But she ended up like mickey mouse not Minnie. So her side is mickey mouse clubhouse.

i disagree with your mother. my daughter loves winnie the pooh and you can easily make it more girly by including piglet who is pink anf flowers and the color purple and green are gender neutral. just add more pink purple and flowers.

i am doing it for my daughters 4th birthday coming up. pooh is definitely gender neutral.
