I'm sorry but whatever doctor told you that is full of BS. You can most certainly do a VBAC with a small pelvis. get a good midwife next time and I can guarantee you, that you could if you wanted too.

research girl. I promise you, your doctor either got impatient or is just not fully informed. did they have you in the same position. for a long period of time? that could have contributed. my midwife had me change postions every 30 minutes

for pushing ? or during labor? I didn't get to push . but I was mostly up for my labor walking round and moving. I got the epi so I could sleep but before I slept his heart rate started to plummet.

I think the phentanol is different for everyone my sister-in-law said it only worked for what felt like two minutes and was back to feeling everything but for me it let me fall asleep between contractions till it came time to push. the pushing didn't hurt at all just the contractions.
