I have too but recently it's been Alot more painful than. when I first found out .. idk why my doctor said no to the heating pad it sounds nice

I've had back pain thru out my whole pregnancy

A heating pad... I asked my doctor she said that's the best for it and tylenol

A heating bad and stretches are about all you can do 😩
