Um no! Insurance is supposed to cover two but some cover more! Your doctor probably isn't gonna know all about your insurance so I'd give them a call and ask what all they cover so you don't pay a butt load out of pocket

uhhh lol I've had 5 and I'm not even 20 weeks yet and have another scheduled for Feb 1 sounds like she is just being lazy

find another dr. A dr. told me that and I was like oh hell no and went somewhere else. Some doctors are just lazy and dont like doing their job. Get another dr

He is frustrating me because I would like to see my baby an know everything is ok I had a appointment today and he said that when I get further along we could look at doing another @rachael_lyann @brinleysmommy

no mam get another dr. You will go crazy if you dont get to see baby trust me. I found another dr. and he gives me a ultrasound every appointment to check babys development and weight

Well usually they do one at your first appointment and then another at 20 weeks! Unless you are showing signs of complications then they won't do extra! Your OB shouldn't tell you what insurance does and doesn't cover though, that's usually the receptionist's job

No Medicaid cover three sonograms I would call and ask I have superior Medicaid and already have gotten 4 soon and I'm barley 21 weeks

I doubt it. You are pregnant why would they only let you get one ultrasound. They dont know if you are high risk or you are having complications. I honestly dont believe your insurance will only pay for one ultrasound. How would dr. even know that? Girl find another dr. Some doctors will only give you 3 the whole pregnancy but I am so grateful my dr. does them all the time for me just to put me at ease

Just call your insurance company! They will tell you exactly what they will cover and if it's more than two than I'd request more than two

Call your insurance I think all would cover atleast the three they normally do
