i ate alot of salads and also ate what i normally would but in smaller portions

mine is pretty bad I guess so my Dr put me on meds I take twice a day and I have to test my sugar an hour after each meal. she said if I can't keep my blood sugar down I will have to do insulin shots. I'm freaking out lol. it's sooo hard to eat healthy. :(

I have it now
