Me and my husband do a tanda. Every week me and him put $200 each away ( we give it to his mom ) and when the number we picked gets chosen in order we get our saved money in a lump sum. It's help us a lot. In less than 2 months we saved 2800

Me and my boyfriend put both of our checks together, take out money for bills and necessities, then split the money. I also price match and coupon whenever I can.

I put 15% of my check in to my 401k...the company matches the first 6%..and I don't technically see the money on my check so it's never missed. If we ever get in a bind I can take a loan it withdraw. It's a win win for us.

well my fiance and I have an agreement I manage the bill and he sends the money.. how I work it is we layer out all of our debts and the one that has the lowest balance we put 2x the payment on each month then once that's paid off all the money we put on that bill goes to the next one and so on and so forth till our debt is gone.. then once everything is paid off we put all that money we where putting on bills into a savings account... I find it helpful to keep a pocket calendar and each month I have written what's due and when and once it's paid I mark it off and put the confirmation number on the side.
