Keep it simple. Do your research on the proper washing routine for your specific machines. "fluff love and CD science" is a good facebook group to start. I use covers and flour sack towels during the day and a pocket with hemp and bamboo inserts for bedtime or a disposable diaper. It's a lot to learn, but now is the time. Also, I suggest buying a little at a time over time and building your stash slowly.
