any ideas what this rash looking thing can be?/I was tempted to thus it was from the peaches he had this morning. but it still isn't gone. he's not sick. but its just weird. maybe wind burn?

Maybe a teething rash? Or possibly the cold. If it doesn't irritate him then he should be fine. My son has had something like that too @bfsahm2015

he's acting fine though. not fussy, or tired, he's still nursing fine.

Does he drool a lot? If he does it could be from that.
