what was the best thing you remember about giving birth? and what was the worst!
I recommend everyone to use a midwife and birth at home if you can. It's just such a pleasant experience. I'll never view labor and delivery the same way.
best thing was everything went so smooth and pretty quickly, worst thing was everyone and their moms were there, literally, and I had a room full of people surrounding me while I was in early labor, people that were not invited, and it ruined that day for me a little bit. But that won't be happening this time, so I get to enjoy it the way I want at least once.
aweee that sucks :/ but that's good! I heard midwifes are good my friend had one at her birth I was kinda in control of mine at the hospital before I had my epidural, I walked and was in water it was awesome :). @queeneden
The worst thing for me was not having someone there to film, photograph, or somehow document the whole thing. The best part for me was going through the process at home. I was in control of everything, was able to labor and deliver exactly how I wanted to, and didn't have to worry about interference from "medical professionals". My midwife was/is amazing and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
the best thing was my husband stayed by my side the whole time and the worse was 10 hours of labor
