I was very depressed after I had my daughter. Praying for you. I know how awful that is.

sounds more like you're overwhelmed. everyone gets that way. having a baby takes getting used to. it's not easy. but it does get better. if you feel like crying. .. cry. there is nothing wrong about how you feel. but it will get better. if it doesn't in a few days call your doc. don't suffer how I did for months.

are you feeling overwhelmed? I know I did. I went days where I didn't want to do anything, and felt so much pressure and stress even though my husband was very helpful and supportive. I would cry at night while trying to get my daughter to sleep. I had to stop and breathe, and I prayed. idk if your religious or not, but that's what I did. I asked God to help me. I also had to tell myself to suck it up, and it would be ok. I would say "you got this. you can get over this hump! you have to for your daughter! for your family " I had to get out the house. it felt good when I did. Hubby had me go do my nails and just enjoy a little me time. He helped out whenever he could around the house and with baby. stay strong mama. Do your best to enjoy some QT time with your hubby. Don't neglect him. You may not feel much like moving out of bed, but do your best and force yourself. that shower will feel great! And a good snuggle with your man will help too! Do that laundry and make sure your family is taken care of, and doesn't run out of clean underware! lol *big hugs*

Haven't dealt with depression but first few days of baby being home. I got to that place it was hard to take care of myself. Once his dad had a day off and I was able to get a little resr and sleep. I have felt much better and found sometime to eat and care for myself. Could be your sleep deprived. Hopefully you can find out if it's sleep or depression so you can also care for yourself. Hope it gets better soon for you.

I'm going though the same thing , and Ive had depression since before I was pregnant so it got 100 times worse 😥

If you pamper yourself you might feel better. I know how you're feeling. Just force yourself to do better and you should be in a better mood.
