I'm 4 weeks pp and I get sharp pains in my lower stomach and often my stomach will hurt and I will get light headed and feel like imma get sick but I never do. Has this happened to anyone else?

sharp pains during early to mid pregnancy are typically growing pains I got them for both my pregnancies and that's what I was told getting light headed could possibly just be because it hurts so bad I expierence getting light headed when pain is really bad

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
