Yes it is , i did the same and had some spotting to and got super scared , but no when i have intercourse with my bd i get cramps sometimes

its normal but it also sent me into labor at 32 weeks the cramping actually felt like tingling sensation in my private area so I went to the ER sure enough it was so strong it triggered contractions

happens to me. my dr told us to slow down on having sex and if it got any worse to stop completely

Sorry, I didn't even notice that! Have you tried fast walking, squats, stairs? Maybe try a different sex position that doesn't make you bleed? Just trying to give some ideas if you haven't tried those already.

yes it is normal especially being that far along, ur bodies ready for labor... and especially if he's releasing his load in you that's gonna have you contracting and cramping.. lbvs there's something in the men's semen, that makes a woman contract and can get her labor going.. which is a good thing for you, Lol!!!
