It's really not that bad. honestly just made my head hurt and make me feel a little icky. but my Dr let me eat beforehand. just couldn't eat sugary foods. the drink wasn't bad tasting. just basically tastes like really sweet flat soda. I recommend the orange if you get a choice.

@icedtia, Lol orange is the only flavor and I forgot to ask if I can eat or not but I'll just go a Turkey wrap or something beforehand

I know someone who had it and she had symptoms before she went in for the test.
