Are there any other moms that won't let their child use a pacifier??
@qamk, good to know!! :) I'm hoping to breastfeed this baby as long as possible. My best friend has been breastfeeding for almost 2 years now so anytime I have questions I bug her lol xD
now i will tell you those are delicious my sister makes them cuz she is breastfeeding and i eat them they are so good
@qamk, I breastfeed my oldest son for about 4 months so I don't know much about it. I heard mother milk tea is good!
@marissamiller, right in the same way! I have already told everyone don't even waste your money lol
My son won't ever know what it is he won't ever get one I don't even want anybody to buy them period
thank you im gonna need it.. i want to do a full yr. my oldest only feed till he was 7mths so any ideas to help produce and make as much milk as possible would be great @junemomma2
I refuse. there's no sense in giving a baby a habit that must be broken soon. Too much like work, and I also heard it was bad for their teeth.
ur not im not goin to becuz they are so hard to get rid of and im breastfeeding
@inderriaaaa, awwww haha my nephew is the same wayy!! It's so cute but so bad cuz they go thru so many diapers xD
yea same here but except hes attached to his cup because it comforts him i guess ... @junemomma2 i dont really want my 2nd to be attached to their cup...
@inderriaaaa, I didn't let my first son use one either and won't with my second. My son doesn't have anything he is attached to now it's great!
with my son i didn't and he did perfectly fine , also we always get compliments about how beautiful his teeth is .. but this baby im thinking about using the wubba nub nd eventually reeling em off ...
Well I only do when he sleeps otherwise he won't use it lol soooo idk I refuse to let him use it all the time
My grandmother didn't want me to give my son one but I did anyway and I'm happy I made the choice. Babies need comfort when mommy or daddy is too busy. When he was 9 months old I just took it away and it was easy. He didn't fuss too much and we were all happy.
@qamk, I've seriously been thinking I'm all alone. Other than my sister in law I haven't seen any moms that won't let their child use one.
I won't, mostly cuz I plan to exclusively breastfeed but also cuz it'll mess up his teeth.
I didn't give my daughter a pacifier in the hospital but after about a week at home I went and bought every pacifier made bc she wanted to nurse all the time and never slept long stretches but she wouldn't take one. Now she's 3 and I don't have too worry about bottles, pacifiers or thumb sucking, so I'll do the same with this new little girl coming in July
