What can I take for a cold? This cough and chest tightness is something serious! 😷😷

I was miserably sick last week with that! I took robitussin DM and it helped a lot bc of the expectorant in it. Drank lemon or mint teas with a little honey in it and used saline nose spray. Hope you feel better!!

Put Vicks on your feet at night and wear socks. Sounds crazy but it helps with the coughing!
