last week I was pumping almost 8 ounces and now I can barely get 1 ounce from both breasts. I want to breastfeed my son for at least 3-4 months what can I do to get my milk back?

I stop eating for almost 2 days but I realized that I needed to eat even though didn't wanted to. I drink water everyday.
Has anything changed about your diet? Are you resting ? Hydrated? Some people drink mothers milk tea.

@sofia90 for the Fenugreek you need to take at least 3500mg a day for it to work. so that could mean up to 6 pills a day. you may smell like maple syrup after taking it for a few days.😂😂 Lol Google the benifits of it for increased milk supply! 😄
