Its Always Something w/ My Job!! Im Just Sick Of It!! Emma Is The ONLY REASON I Havent Went Off Or Left This Job! My Supervisor Said People Are Telling Her I Leave Work And Go Home 3-4 Hours Early. Why Would I Even Argue That Case When She Can Easily Check The Time Clock? Stuff Like That Is What Makes Me WANNA LEAVE!! Sorry For The Rant Yall.
called hr at my job to find out about paid maternity leave. they basically told me I'm ineligible for a paid leave (short term disability) but that I can do a "job protection" leave that's unpaid and I have to use my vacation hours. this is exactly why I will not be returning to taco bell after I have this baby! been working there for almost 3 years, been a manager for almost a year, and I have to use vacation hours for maternity leave!?
I also recently found out that I can't take maternity leave only having been at my job since March... I must put in my two weeks when I am ready, and be completely rehired back after baby and recovery from second c section 😰😰😰😰 I'm so worried. What if they don't hire me back, and I have a two year old and an infant and no job. I am terrified about this
