I've bn having really bad sharp pain that makes me want to ball up and than it fades away for two weeks now and I'm 29 weeks should I go to the er or keep fighting through it and ignore it

I went to the ER with similar pains that weren't contractions, and they told me if I started having contractions (or pains) six times in one hour to come back
