I'm 35 weeks pregnant as of yesterday. I went to my first weekly check up & he checked to see if I was dilated but, I'm only 50% thinned. Well, when I went to sleep last night my lower belly aera && back had sorta like cramps any idea what this is or was???

its baby moving on nerves and pushing his head down as much as he can. I had it too and still do and my doctor said its common in the late third trimester
