any other mommies with celiac disease or psoriasis? I'm new to being celiac and would love some advice on ttc.

Gluten free I have celiacs and maintain a gluten free diet. Is this healthy in pregnancy? Everything I read says to eat lots of whole grains, most of which are not allowed for me...any suggestions for getting the nutrients without the gluten?
Hey everyone!! My name is Brandee and I am a first time mommy to a beautiful little girl 🤗 I grew up in small town Iowa and plan to do the same with our little family. Fun facts: I have a chihuahua. I love watching Big Brother. I have celiac disease. I love making money from my phone. I am super competitive. I love to bake! 🙂
So my son has to take two different laxatives a day now twice a day and on Monday I have to like a colon cleanse on him like you do before a colonoscopy( that should be really fun for us 😝💩) he can’t eat cheese, ice cream, rice or bananas. And I have NO clue what he is going to eat because majority of his foods are made with rice or rice flour because he’s gluten free and I didn’t even realize that when she was telling me that. So I have to call them on Monday cause my child has to eat! Otherwise hopefully this new regime works! But my son could have celiacs disease which is causing the constipation but he can’t be tested cause he’s gluten free. But his blood work is way off and shows he could also. So who knows? I just want my little guy feeling better I hate seeing him struggle so much to go to the bathroom :/ its heartbreaking when he cry’s and saids his tummy and butt hurts 😟
I know people are going to roll their eyes at me, fine. But I just need to vent. My son has had diarrhea his whole life. Some days thicker than others. Some just colored water. And there's blood. Some times lots of blood (silver dollar size). Others just dots. It also smells as if something died inside of him. He has seen multiple doctors. He has been on medicine multiple times. I've collected his poop 6x. He's had his blood drawn 4x. Today, I am praying to finally have an answer. He may have a milk protein allergy, celiac, crohns/other diseases or his C.Dif is just stubborn. All I keep thinking is how a dietary restriction/allergy could change his life. I know it's stupid but I keep crying. How will he handle it when everyone is having cakes or hot chocolate at Christmas (for example) and he can't have? Or he can't eat what's being served at a birthday party. What if he has pain his whole life? I'm over here crying as he naps.
