36 weeks today! I've been having strong period like cramps mostly when i lay down is that normal because I'm kinda freaking out!

Keep an eye if they get stronger or timeable call in. Drink a bunch of water and try to relax and see if that helps.

I'm in the same boat. I read it's a sign of your cervix preparing for labor
