Currently feeling like the worlds worst mother.
So, my husband took my car today because he has no heat in his truck, and its in the 40's here today. So, I took the truck to my sons bus stop. My husband is notorious for leaving his coffee mugs he leaves with every morning in his truck and never bringing them in, so I was piling them together because they were everywhere. My 12 year old reaches over to turn the radio up and knocks a mug I got my husband for Christmas that I really liked over, breaking it. I flipped OUT on him for turning the radio up without permission and breaking the cup in the process. He started crying and then his bus showed up. Im an asshole. 😳

Right? I know Im exhausted but thats no excuse for me to act like an asshole. I just feel terrible now 😧 I will see him in a couple hours though, they have half a day today.

Awe Hun don't beat yourself up. I have had a few of those moments. And it's true you do feel horrible. But children are resilient. I have to explain to my daughter that it is the preggie hormones making me moody then we kinda laugh about it and she's ok. But I still worry about it all day until I can talk to her

it's not easy being a parent. we all make these mistakes. Best thing to do is grab them hold them and apologize to them. make sure their okay. I always ask my son if he forgives me. I hate to see my son cry. it breaks my heart. but I'm sure he feels that way when he see's me cry. he tells me it'll be okay mommy and holds me.

It's okay. We all have those days. Your son loves you I'm positive he'll forgive you. He knows you didn't mean to take it out on him.
