Any of you momma have advice to help my little on sleep a bit longer? She's 3 months old. Born 32 weeks. Starts off in her crib and by maybe by 2am feeding I put her in my bed just to try and get a little bit more sleep. She's literally up every three hours to eat & while eating she's falling asleep so I have to wake her up to finish had bottle.. I just started back up at work and I'm up from 430am-10pm.. It's so hard. I wanna cry. I'm a single mom and I'm very fortunate enough to have the people I have in my life to help with her. I know having little sleep can cause a lot of issues such as depression, anxiety, exhausted, i just don't want to come to that point considering I have a rough high risk pregnancy. :(

she's old enough to have some cereal in a bottle at night. I was giving it to my son at 2 months old, pedi recommended. he started waking up only once to eat at night around the time I started with the cereal.

We started it & some days she takes it and some days she doesn't. Like tonight, she turned her nose up at it and gave me the 'eww mom I'm not eating this'. How much are you giving your baby?

@amarie8911 he's 7 months now & not liking it anymore. but he didn't like it at first either, so I put just a pinch of brown sugar in it & he loved it. honestly, I couldn't tell you how much I put in there, I put enough to make it where it was thick though.

Brown sugar? To give it a flavor? I wonder if that would help her ear it better. More of a flavor. @lovemyson_610 Not that I'm aware of. She ALWAYS has wet & dirty diapers. And doesn't show any signs of tummy issues that I'm aware of :( @newmommy090715

@amarie8911 yeah, the brown sugar gives it just a little flavor & sweetness to it. one of my friends told me he did that with his son & it worked lol so I did it with mine too.

Well Ima look into that and see what it does maybe that'll help with her. She's prob like me and hates stuff with no flavor and gonna be a super picky eater lol! @lovemyson_610

try to give a bigger feeding before bed. keep them awake during the day. get her one your schedule. stimulate her all day. only allow 45 minute naps during the day. bedtime bath every couple nights should help. i have to sing and rub my hand on my sons cheeks to get him to sleep sometimes
