With time and practice baby will get better at latching and stop hurting you...Lanolin helps keep them from chapping but it never made my nipples feel better lol try expressing a little bit after each feed and rubbing it all over the nipple, and let that air dry...it's supposed to help them heal faster. Also could try rubbing coconut oil on them, might wanna wipe your nipples off GENTLY lol before baby feeds though if it's not soaked in yet....hang in there mama, this too shall pass, it's all worth it just like the pain of bearing and birthing our babies 😄
