I've had so much trouble sleeping since finding out we're expecting. I'm 10 weeks so its not due to belly size or baby kicks. My husband is quite the snorer though and it bothers me so much more now. Any advice before we start sleeping in separate rooms?!?
as long as u plan a full bight sleep I normally take two at 9pm and I get up at 7am

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
God I Can Never GetIn A Comfortable Position . All This Darn Tossing & Turnin . Ugh So Much For Me Going To Sleep 😢😒

I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
maybe I should try that. I have been sleeping like crap for a couple weeks now. it's safe to take?? I don't see my doc again until next week.
