my labor wasn't bad until I was put on Pitocin. I could breathe through my contractions and it felt like I had gone for a long run or did a long core workout. After the Pitocin, it felt like someone was trying to push/pull my stomach out of my torso.

Honestly, just pray that your baby is born perfectly healthy...once the baby is here, how much pain you were in or how long it took won't matter to you.
