Me either I get on my husbands nerves because if there isn't milk or Tums here I throw a fit because it gets horrible the further you get @babypeanut2016

It helps a lot!! Usually they say add lemon, but that tends to hurt the throat even more. I would say just keep it warm instead of hot

See I can only drink whole milk because the milk that wic gives. me makes me sick so my husband buys me whole milk and he drinks that wic milk which I'm glad because if hate to waste it

I have mint rolaids. also, milk helps, but I can only drink one kind of milk. it's Kroger's 2% brand. ANY other milk is a no no while I'm pregnant. this is my 3rd pregnancy and all three is the same way. idk what the difference is but milk saves me a lot of the time from puking. #HyperemesisGravidarum

drink milk but when you drink it drink it really slow just to see if a little makes you feel sick to your stomach them you might not want to drink the rest
