Nothing at all. I went into preterm labor at 31 weeks and dilated to 2 cm then. That's why I'm now at 3! Good luck though! I hope you start to make some progress soon :) @marce88

@autumn, what have you been doing go to help dilate? I'm still closed at 36 weeks
