Watch with fenugreek. Some people it works on some it doesn't or can affect supply. Also is can cause has for baby so just monitor . It also works better if used with another galactagogues such a blessed thistle , marshmallow root, goats rue , fennel... They work off of each other . Shatavari is another alternative to people who can't take fenugreek ; )

Yup ! I got mastitis and my supply basically disappeared . I started the power pump and stayed home and just drank and pumped for about 2 days and I got my supply back ! I exclusively pump and I even have a freezer stash as well.

when you power pump do you continue to pump even if nothing is coming out?

I get the pills from a vitamin store near me but I have seen them on amazon. and the ovaltine I get from any store like walmart or target. it comes in a powder and is usually by all the chocolate drink mixes like nesquick and all those. there is something in the malt that helps increase your supply. (I pump since my son never latched so those are all the tips that I have gotten from the pumping groups I am part of on facebook) little debbie oatmeal pies help too and they are yummy lol

hydrate hydrate hydrate! dehydration makes a huge difference. anything with electrolytes will help you stay hydrated. smart water, Gatorade. steel cut oats. almonds. lactation cookies/brownies/smoothies. fenugreek. mothers milk tea. power pump.
