Ok just a question because I keep seeing it more and more on here. Do they really still use cytotech during labor? I thought they stopped because of the life threatening side effects to both mother and baby. A little confused...

It was a medicine used to induce labor 20 or so years ago but they stopped using it because of the side effects killing people. It can cause your uterus to rupture among other things...at least I thought they stopped but now I keep seeing people on here saying their doctors are using it.
