you can also get the cookies at buy buy baby or if you have a maturity store around you. the cookies are yummy. didn't think they would be but it was.

i think fenugreek and mothers milk tea are at Wal-Mart. lactation recipes are online. you'll need brewers yeast for them (which is what makes them lactation) and that should be at any home beer making shop. i think there's also brewers yeast capsules. not sure where.
