OK I kinda need help,if I turn 12 weeks tomorrow when did I get pregnant? I didnt have a period in November but I did at the end of October and my period comes on at the end of each month I don't know the day I conceived

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
