boobs are all itchy. could this mean something? this has been going on the last two days and I can't stand it. any help would be great. the odd part is its just my boobs. help!!!

All breast feeding mommas.. I need advice on how to help ease the boob pain.. My left nipple, the whole nipple is killing me. I feel like I have 200 needles going into it. 24/7. My right boob is perfectly fine, just my left. Anything to help??

the thing I for got to mention is.... I don't think I'm prego. my husband and I are trying for a baby. so you maybe think this might be a sign I am pregnant? my period should be coming up in the next week. I just don't want to take a test and then it be negative. I don't know..... confused is what I am.
