I got my nexplanon implant removed on December 3rd, and have been trying to conceive ever since. We haven't had any luck yet. I realize it's only been a month, but does anyone have any suggestions?

I had mine removed in July and I got pregnant in September give it some time for the hormones to level out

mine weren't regular at all, you have to know when you ovulate or its harder to concieve. I use the my days app. it will calculate how long your cyle it and tell you when you ovulate. my cycles are 42 days instead of 28 it to forever to track them.
