it's the worst. but my advice in my personal experience is to keep moving! I know it's hard trust me some days I find it impossible to move. water and moving is your friend. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT TRY LYRICA IT'LL MAKE IT WORSE.

@mo79, ya deff dont want any drugs just answers thank you ! I try to drink lots of water an keep myself moving all the time im not diagnosed with it but it runs in the family the more i read up on it the more i think i have it

don't try anything prescribed for fibro my aunt just ended up with complete nerve damage. Take up running walking yoga I'm a bit nuts in the sense that I started roller derby if I'm going to hurt it's going to be for a reason. Sounds weird but green tea helped me alot do not work out on bad days it'll just make tomorrow worse but on good days just go for it.

@mo79, oh wow that is so sad! An ya i dont want any medications iv seen what that does to people like you said im sure just worse! An i work an that keeps me active an im happy for that but ya your right bad days are bad an then you need a couple to recover it feels like!
